PHYSICAL INFORMATION: (Updated 10/16/2020)
Please read carefully. This procedure affects all student athletes in grades 7-12 in the Southern York County School District. If your son or daughter is planning on playing a fall, winter or spring sport, the following dates for physicals are listed below.
All student athletes are encouraged to get their physical on one of the dates below.
* ALL PHYSICAL FORMS ARE TO BE RETURNED TO THE ATHLETIC TRAINERS (BETH PARRISH AND KALLIE HEIGES) IN THE HIGH SCHOOL, NOT THE HEAD COACH. *
Winter Physicals must be dated on or after June 1st, 2020.
Physicals and Impact are due to us in the training room no later than November 13th, 2020. You can start turning them in beginning October 9th, 2020.
*Please note, if your physical is dated before October 9th, 2020, you will need to complete PIAA Section 7.
If you still need a physical, OSS will have appoinment based physicals, $15.00 per individual athlete. Please call to schedule an appointment.
Spring Physicals must be dated on or after June 1st, 2020.
Physicals and Impact are due to us in the training room no later than March 1, 2021. You can begin turning them in on January 25th, 2021.
*Please note, if your physical is dated before January 25th, 2021, you will need to complete PIAA Section 7.
If you still need a physical, OSS will be hosting open physicals from 6-7pm, $15.00 per individual athlete, on the following dates:TBD
Fall Physicals:Fall physicals must be dated on or after June 1, 2020.Physicals and Impact are due in the athletic training room no later than Monday, August 10, 2020.The first day of football heat acclimation is Monday, August 10, 2020. The first day of fall sports is Monday, August 17, 2020.
There will be no onsite physicals at Susquehannock High School this school year.
