Fall Physicals

Fall physicals must be dated on or after June 1, 2020. 

Physicals and Impact are due in the athletic training room to Trainer Beth & Trainer Kallie no later than:

The first day of football heat acclimation is Monday August 10, 2020. The first day of fall sports is Monday August 17, 2020.

Please Note: If you are unable to attend sports physicals at school, you will need to make arrangements for your own physical with your family physician.
